One of the unique things about Gold Hill Road is that the music is ‘a cappella;’ that is, we sing without the use of musical instruments. We love the beauty and joy of worshiping God from our hearts with our voices. We believe you will find the singing meaningful and uplifting, with everyone being invited to participate.
Our door greeters will help you with any needs you might have. In our auditorium, feel free to sit anywhere.
Our God inspired His scriptures for a reason: so that we might learn from them. Every Sunday a Biblically-grounded sermon will be given, and each lesson will be founded in Scripture while its preparation will have been saturated with prayer. Most Sundays, Keaton Pearce will be preaching. We do not refer to him as ‘Father,’ or as ‘Pastor,’ but simply as Keaton. No one involved in the service will be wearing any special clothes, or will be set apart from anyone else at all.
Communion is also included in our worship. During this time, anyone who is baptized into the body of Christ is welcome to participate. As you enter the auditorium, tables with small, pre-filled cups of unleavened bread (symbolizing the body of Jesus) and grape juice (symbolizing the blood of Jesus) are available to take with you to your seat until this time in our service.
As a guest, we do not ask you to give any money at all. But there will be a time in our service when our members will be encouraged to give online, in the baskets in the foyer or mailed into the church office. A prayer will be offered for the ministries we are supporting. We know that nothing is achieved without the grace of God, and that our resources have come from Him. Knowing this, it is our desire to glorify Him with our gifts, as seen in the model of 1 Corinthians 16. Again, there is no pressure for our guests to participate.
At Gold HIll Road, we want your whole family to experience real life with Jesus. Our Youth Ministry is thriving with great kids and loving teachers who are dedicated to fostering
a foundation of faith and love for Jesus. Our adult classes provides an offering of Bible classes for every age and every stage of adulthood. Bible classes for Children, Youth, and Adults are at 9:30a each Sunday and 7:00p on Wednesday nights.
